We are extremely proud to be the first company in the UK to purchase the Trumpf fully automated TruLaser Tube 7000 machine. This 9m machine has much to offer our customers.

It cuts tubes and profiles with large diameters and wall thicknesses without sacrificing productivity no matter how complex it might be. This new laser tube-cutting machine can laser cut tubes from 9.2 meters long with a diameter of up to 250mm. A wall thickness of 8mm can be easily achieved.

TruLaser Tube 7000 produces the greatest cutting speed and piece part times available on the market across a large range of thicknesses and diameters. The loading capability is fully automatic with a capability of handling 6 tonne bundles at a time.

The laser even cuts complex contours effortlessly and without actually touching the tube producing a scratch free component. Due to the high edge quality virtually no refinishing is needed.

Compared to conventional processes such as sawing, drilling or milling, you gain high productivity with the TruLaser Tube 7000 to REDUCE COSTS and LEAD TIMES.

This machine will complement our flat bed laser cutting capacity that includes 7 machines up to 4m x 2m to cut up to 25mm thick.
