We are pleased to announce the addition of two new 18-ton curtain sider lorries to our fleet from the Laser Engineering division in Darwen, Lancashire. These vehicles have recently been put into service and are now operational across Lancashire and the rest of the UK.
This investment will significantly enhance our delivery capacity for laser-cut and fabricated parts, enabling us to further reduce lead times for our customers. Moreover, the new lorries will help us to reduce our carbon emissions in line with our ISO 14001 certified environmental policies.
Both trucks are equipped with onboard weighing systems, allowing us to optimise both space and payloads. One of the lorries also features a double-decker configuration, which will reduce the number of journeys required.
