Our Capabilities
Utilising specialist 3D and computerised motion control software, we can create intricate shapes and cut materials up to 200mm thick, with a bed size of 7.3 x 2.4m or 300mm thick with a bed size of 4m x 3m, and precision matching machined tolerances of +/- 0.1mm. With three state-of-the-art waterjet cutting machines on-site, we excel in cutting armoured plate and composite materials, serving niche markets like Aviation, Space, and Defence.
Our accreditation to the ISO9001:2015 Quality standard ensures top-notch quality, and we cater to diverse industries including automotive, Formula 1, construction, engineering, marine, and oil & gas.
We can cut a wide array of materials up to 300mm thick, including Aluminium, Copper, Brass, Bronze, Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Iron, Acrylics, Plastics, Carpet, Cork, Foamex, Rubber, Glass, Fibreglass, Carbon Fibre, Wood, Leather, Silicone, Granite, Limestone, Marble, Slate, Ceramics, Composites, and more. We can also provide a stacked cutting service, enabling us to cut various sheets / parts to size in one go.

Frequently Asked Questions
Waterjet cutting is a method that uses high-pressure water mixed with an abrasive substance to precisely cut various materials like metals, plastics, composites, and more. This service, offered by companies, provides access to cutting machinery and expertise for individuals or businesses needing precise cuts. It’s favoured in industries like manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, architecture, and art due to its ability to cut intricate shapes with minimal waste and no heat-affected zones.
No Heat Affected Zone (HAZ)
As opposed to flame, plasma & laser cutting, waterjet and abrasivejet cutting produce no heat affected zone to work harden the cut edges. This means that we are able to cut various metals, plastics and other materials without melting, distorting or warping them.
Incredible Precision
Waterjet/Abrasivejet Cutting gives us a way to routinely cut precision parts with tolerances as close as +/- 0.005″ and better when required. Cutting is controlled by a computer and special software which follows profiles/part geometry designed using Computer Aided Design (CAD) software.
